Delivery Policy

Deliveries within Lagos is within 10 working days from confirmation.

Deliveries outside Lagos is through GIG logistics. Delivery is within 15 working days. Delivery cost is based on the item/items being ordered for. We require full payment for deliveries outside Lagos.

Wooddesignes Furniture Aftercare

  • Dust Regularly with very soft cloth (your furniture loves gentle attention)
  • No harsh chemicals – mild soap or just water + very soft cloth = best friends forever.
  • Avoid water puddles & heat spots – your furniture is cute, not fireproof.
  • Don’t drag it – lift with love, even if it’s strong.
  • Keep away from direct sun so it doesn’t tan unevenly.
  • For spills – dab, don’t rub (we’re classy here!).

Return & Repair Policy

At Wooddesignes, every piece is crafted with care and goes through quality checks before delivery. However, in the rare case of a factory defect, we are committed to making it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Factory Defects Only)

We only accept returns in cases where a product has a verified factory defect, such as:

  • Structural faults
  • Manufacturing errors
  • Faulty fittings or components

This policy does not cover:

  • Damages caused after delivery
  • Wear and tear from use
  • Misuse, improper handling, or installation by third parties

2. Our Resolution Process

If a factory defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Repair the defective part, or
  • Replace the affected component

Our goal is to restore your furniture to the expected standard—not to issue full product returns where unnecessary.

3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference changes after order confirmation

We strongly recommend confirming dimensions, colours, and specifications before placing your order.

4. Reporting an Issue

To report a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Your order details

5. Inspection & Resolution Timeline

  • All reported issues will be reviewed within 1–3 working days
  • Repairs or replacements will be scheduled promptly after confirmation
  • Timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue and location

6. Important Notes

  • All repairs or replacements must be carried out or approved by Wooddesignes
  • Unauthorized repairs may void this policy
  • Custom orders follow the same defect-only policy and are not eligible for returns beyond this scope
